OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Analyst, in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This person will provide acquisition support, contract support, fielding management, quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) operations, government furnished equipment (GFE) provisioning, project management, communications, and engineering services to the Product Lead Enterprise Computing (PL EC), and, specifically, to the Project Officer, Army Enterprise Service Desk (PO AESD).
The job will entail the following tasks:
> Analyze business processes to determine most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
> Study economic and statistical data in a variety of areas.
> Analyze data and prepares reports that inform clients of specific results and trends which might affect their program planning.
> Study work procedures, information flow, production methods, inventory controls, and cost analysis.
> Document findings and recommends new procedures, systems, and organizational changes, including staffing, equipment, and facility requirements.
> Formulate recommendations, policies, and plans that aid in the interpretation of trends and markets and supports the development of economic programs.
> Monitor newly implemented systems to assure smooth functioning. Install new systems and train operating staff.
> Conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure changes are applied and functioning as intended.
> Develop and maintains operating systems documentation and procedures manuals.
> Manage large complex projects, often more than one at a time.
ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
Subject matter expert in requirements development for Army acquisition systems
Very proficient in the use of computer-based data analysis tools.
