OBXtek is currently staffing for a Director of Recruitment, Outreach and Diversity for the DHTP project at the USAID.

The Director of Recruitment, Outreach and Diversity must develop and implement a project-wide recruitment, outreach and diversity strategy ensuring GHTP is attracting quality TPs.


In addition, he/she will:

  • Lead the project’s outreach and diversity efforts and work plan development for communications, outreach and diversity.
  • Oversee the project’s communications, outreach and diversity staff.
  • Ensure maximum recruitment of TPs, consistent hiring practices and comprehensive orientation.
  • Oversee preparation employment agreements for placements as necessary, negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare employment packages for COR approval.


Bachelor's Degree


Minimum of five years of directly applicable work experience in program management and conducting outreach activities.


Knowledge and experience with USAID as staff or contractor desirable.


Knowledge of how to accomplish diversity objectives desirable.
