OBXtek is currently staffing for an experienced Administrative Specialist II for the PLMSS-ITIPS contract.


The qualified candidate will be experienced in the following:

  • Providing administrative duties in a staff activity.
  • Performing specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, and graphics illustration using computers with very little direction.
  • Preparing and/or maintains systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods including user manuals.
  • Maintaining a current internal documentation library.
  • Coordinating special documentation services as required. Demonstrates very good oral and written communication skills. 


Secret Clearance required.


Very knowledgeable in computer-based documentation and presentation techniques, technical writing, proofreading and editing.


Excellent command and articulation of the English language.


Associates degree or equivalent and 3 years' experience in related field.
