OBXtek is looking for a Junior Administrative Professional for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Continuity Programs (NCP) Business Management Division (BMD). This position will be directly supporting the Human Resources Administration (HRA) with accomplishment of the following tasks:
Monitoring and updating of HRA’s and BMD’s quarterly project management BMD branch plans for the Director of BMD’s Individual Performance Review (IPR) and NCP Executive Management,
Developing, maintaining, and delivering project specific HRA education and communication (i.e. Employee Orientation Workshop, Employee Handbook, NCP newsletter, Professional development emails),
Monitoring, updating and controlling Deployment Rosters, Cascade SOP, NCP Personnel Contact list, and any other related NCP roster,
Monitoring, updating, and controlling Training SOP, and any other related Human Resources related SOPs,
Creation of Human Resources related PowerPoint presentations,
Proof reading and providing feedback for all Human Resource related correspondence packages prior to the BMD Director signing their concurrence
Assisting with HRA project status meetings, to include the following tasks: Developing a schedule for a status meetings; Developing meeting agendas; and Facilitating meetings.
**Clearance Level Required: Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and retain a US DoD Top Secret Clearance
Associates degree or equivalent experience
