DHS Science and Technology Directorate Office of Finance and Budget Division (FBD) requires a full range of acquisition management support services using a variety of contract vehicles and acquisition procedures. These acquisition management functions include cradle-to-grave contracting for goods and services from commercial commodities to unique and complex research and development, including: policy and quality assurance; contract administration and contract management; acquisition project management; financial management; records management; and property management. The DHS S&T goal is to obtain the best value goods and services for our DHS customers through the continuous improvement of our processes for managing acquisitions to ensure all actions conform to law and the preservation of the public’s trust.
OBXtek is staffing for an Acquisition Project Manager who shall provide oversight and support to 10-12 personnel performing the full range of acquisition management support services to DHS FBD contracting staff including assistance with cradle-to-grave acquisition activities, including pre-award preparation, post award preparation, policy and quality assurance, contract administration and contract management, acquisition project management, financial management, records management, and property management.
