    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for effective transitioning of existing IT project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives. Reengineering projects may include review of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)/government off-the-shelf (GOTS) hardware and software; COTS/GOTS communication equipment; C4IM Systems including: Local, Metropolitan, and Wide Area Networks; storage devices, workstations, laptops and servers (of different types, such as email and Web servers); printers, copiers, scanners for effective operation.
    • Conduct group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provide additional forms of knowledge transfer for its personnel.
    • Evaluate current IT project management processes and documentation and recommend improvements.
    • Coordinate between multiple projects teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
    • Provide daily supervision and direction to Business Process and Reengineering personnel.
    • Document activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, and identify best practices.
    • Create and assess performance measurements. 

    Qualifications

    • 8-10 years experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
    • Bachelors Degree in IT related field, Engineering, Business Management, preferably a Masters degree
