    Responsibilities

    OBXtek is staffing for a DOMOPS/CBRN Registrar position located at Arlington Hall Station (National Guard Bureau) in Arlington, VA.  The incumbent works as a registrar in the National Guard Bureau's Joint Exercise and Training Division providing direct support to the Domestic Operations training courses as well as supporting the specialized CBRN training courses.
     
    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary registrar for all DOMOPS training courses for the National Guard while serving as an alternate for CBRN courses
    • Utilize subject matter expertise with SharePoint 2016 to maintain registration process
    • Maintain and update the NGB-J371 GKO training site
    • Review/approve all pre-requisites and student registration applications for training
    • Develop all required Letters of Instruction for training courses
    • Coordinate with instructors and facilitators for all course requirements
    • Coordinate and communicate with all 54 States and Territories for training course support
    • Provide input to the Joint Training Continuum Report Card
    • Coordinate with USNORTHCOM for registration requirements
    • Maintain a detailed training calendar for all supported training courses
    • Maintain a database that tracks all registration information
    • Provide weekly updates to the PM, COR, and Military Lead as required
    • Provide monthly status reports to the PM
    • Provide all contract requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and retain a US DoD Secret Clearance.
    • Must have a detailed understanding and be able to effectively and efficiently use SharePoint 2016
    • Able to perform the duties and responsibilities listed above. Additionally, the ability to write and present well is essential.
    • Proficient in use of computer spread sheets, databases, and other related tools.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform duties.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate would be a retired or currently serving in the National Guard
    • While an National Guard background is very desirable, suitable experience in the US Army Reserve (USAR) or active component (AC) would be acceptable. 
    • Understanding of National Guard DOMOPS and CBRN teams
