Manage schedules, progress, performance, issues and risks on large IT infrastructure projects.
Supervision of IT services.
Performs planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating IT support functions.
Works with the COR to define work tasks, establish SLAs and track corrective actions.
Schedules on-going work and specific work orders for tasks in an efficient, responsive manner, ascertaining priorities designated by the COR.
Reviews the performance on projects and makes recommendations to the COR on changes that would improve efficiency.
Manages maintenance of IT test lab environment and executes change, configuration and release management disciplines.
10+ years specialized, progressive experience in program and/or project management
Experience running IT infrastructure projects/programs in a complex, matrix-oriented environment
Experience executing risk, financial, resource and staffing management
Experience in resolving issues and scheduling conflicts and solving complex problems
Excellent listening skills and communication skills include oral, written, and formal presentations
Microsoft Office suite skills, including MS Project and PowerPoint
Bachelor Degree in an IT related field
