OBXtek in Tysons Corner is currently seeking an HR Generalist II that aligns business objectives with employees and management in the designated support areas of DOL compliance, employee relations, HR liaison, employee morale activities and on-boarding/out-processing in support of over 150 employees and several managers.
HR Generalist II will anticipate, assess and complete HR-related tasks. He/She will seek to develop and communicate integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. In addition, the HR Generalist II will act as employee champion and change agent.
The HR Generalist II will focus mainly on employee relations, policy and procedure development and interpretation, employee morale activities, new hire on-boarding, hiring/termination, and other human resources duties.
