    OBXtek is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an IRS Penetration Testing and Application Security Testing project.  OBXtek provides IRS support for Penetration Testing, DAST and SAST; ensuring that the Threat Simulation Environment (TSE) is securely configured and operational, analyzing findings, creating actionable findings reports, assisting stakeholders in understanding and remediating findings, documenting processes, enabling DAST and SAST for DevSecOps.


    The role includes PMBoK based project management activities including  management support, project planning, communication, reporting, and contractual activities [e.g., submitting required paperwork to the contracting officer representative (COR), tracking the burn rate and resource allocation. 


    The role will also include some business development support.


    • PMP Preferred
    • Current Treasury PIV highly preferred
    • Familiarity with cyber security 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
