    DLIFLC is the military’s primary school for foreign language instruction. As part of the Army Training and Doctrine Command, the institute provides resident languages courses in sixteen (16) languages and dialects for more than 3,000 resident students taught and supported by approximately 2000 faculty and staff annually. Instruction takes place at the Presidio of Monterey in Monterey, California five (5) days a week, six (6) to seven (7) hours per day, with one (1) to two (2) hours of homework each night.


    The DLIFLC contract supports several programs: 1) DLIFLC resident courses delivered in both print and digital formats 2) DLIFLC non-resident courses offered at various language training detachments across the world 3) Training programs for faculty and staff developed by DLIFLC’s support organizations.


    An on-site Program Manager who will serve as the principle point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or their designated representative for the contract deliverables and other issues pertaining to contract implementation including recruitment, selection, assignment, and management of highly qualified personnel, and quality control of delivered products. They will be available and on-site during regular business hours.


    • Master’s Degree or at least three (3) years equivalent experience in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or other related field
    • Minimum three (3) years project management experience in a multicultural setting
    • Prior experience in foreign language curriculum development
    • Prior experience in design and development of training programs for a military classroom highly preferred

    Must be able to pass National Agency Check with Local Agengy Check and Credt Check (NACLC).
