OBXtek is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support the Dynamic Mission Re-Planning (DMR) Government Program Manager (GPM). DMR utilizes Agile Methodology, migrating to development in a Cloud environment. The Project Manager requires strong writing and verbal skills and drafts various administrative and technical documents for the GPM. Documents include Change Requests, Release Specifications Agreements (RSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Security documentation, Interim Authority to Test (IATT), Risk Management Framework (RMF) process documents, Lifecycle Management Documents, including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Configuration Management Plans (CMP), and Transition Plans, Cost, Scope and Performance Management Plans, and other required documentation. The Project Manager drafts PowerPoint presentations for monthly staff meetings, records minutes, as well as supporting quarterly Chief Information Officer (CIO) In-Progress Review (IPR) briefings, Technical Interchange Meetings, including release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and service requirements. The PM will need to monitor, coordinate and maintain the DMR Project Schedule using MicroSoft Project. The PM will update and monitor the spend plan, provide annual updates to the budget, and initiate any hardware and software purchases. The PM will be required to work with Functional Users to better understand their needs and create Change Requests. The PM will be responsible for maintaining a SharePoint site. All deliverables and documentation will be stored on this site and updated by the PM. The PM will be required to attend all Change Control Board (CCB), Sustainment Review Board (SRB), and other meetings to verify that the information being presented in the meeting is in the best interest of the PMO and document applicable information. Also, due to the unique shared resource nature of this contract, the PM may be asked to assist in supporting other Programs within the Program Lifecycle Management Services (PLMS) purview. This support is similar to the services being provided to DMR, but with other Programs either on a set schedule or alternating basis.
