    OBXtek is seeking a highly motivated person to be the Program Lifecycle Management Services (PLMS) Program Manager (PM). The PLMS PM is the primary point of contact to work with the Government on the PLMS contract and is the contractor's on-site point of contact for matters arising under the Task Order (TO).


    The Program Manager duties and responsibilities will be:

    • Responsible for ensuring all data deliverables are submitted to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (CO) in accordance with the stipulations contained in the Performance Work Statement/Task Order.
    • Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the contract.
    • Prepares proposals in response to contract additives or reductions, accepts and submits invoices as appropriate, manages and approves employee vacations and performs overall supervisory duties.
    • Work with sub-contracts and sub-contractors to ensure the overall requirements of the PWS/TO are met in accordance with established time lines.
    • Provide corrective actions for all identified contractor program management problems and deficiencies.
    • Have knowledge of system engineering, computer security, cloud technology, Agile methodology, project cost structures, and Sharepoint processes in order to meet the overall requirements supporting the PLMS contract.
    • Work in a matrixed environment, working with teams to apply analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems associated with work flow, organization, and planning.
    • Participate in various meetings and provides briefings associated with Program efforts.
    • Ensure the contract remains on-budget with sufficient employees to accomplish the tasks stipulated in the PWS/TO.


    Secret Clearance required.

    PMP Preferred

    B.S. Degree or Equivalent education and experience
