OBXtek is staffing for A GEOINT Analyst (Journeyman) for the Army TENCAP SETA  program supporting the Product Manager TENCAP (PdM TENCAP). PdM TENCAP falls under Program Executive Office – Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) and chartered with the responsibility of executing the Army’s TENCAP program. Army TENCAP's mission is to enable the Army to rapidly exploit and influence National capabilities and architectures. Army TENCAP conducts advanced development and rapid prototyping to enhance, inform, and modernize Army capabilities.


Key member of the contractor TENCAP Product Development team. The GEOINT Analyst will provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based GEOINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration by PdM TENCAP. Participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of GEOINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems. Provide technical expertise to recommend and evaluate GEOINT policy, architecture, requirements and system development decisions for Army Staff. Provide GEOINT expertise on the operations of National and Tactical GEOINT systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Participate in the GEOINT portions of NET and refresher training.


Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance.



  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively complex experience as a GEOINT analyst in the IC or DoD, or shall have a minimum of seven years experience providing subject matter expertise to DoD GEOINT programs/projects. 


  • Bachelors Degree in engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science
  • Recommended: Certified GIS Professional (GISP) certification, National System for Geospatialā€Intelligence (NSG) GEOINT Professional certification, Army GEOINT/Imagery Analyst Leadership Course, or Army Foundry GEOINT training or comparable certification.
  • Recommended: Experience on the operation of National and Tactical GEOINT systems and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
