Responsibilities

OBXtek is staffing for a Liaison Oficer (Journeyman) for the Army TENCAP SETA  program supporting the Product Manager TENCAP (PdM TENCAP). PdM TENCAP falls under Program Executive Office – Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) and chartered with the responsibility of executing the Army’s TENCAP program. Army TENCAP's mission is to enable the Army to rapidly exploit and influence National capabilities and architectures. Army TENCAP conducts advanced development and rapid prototyping to enhance, inform, and modernize Army capabilities.

 

Responsibilities: Convey Army requirements to leadership and engineering staff at National agencies and identify opportunities to influence design changes that benefit and satisfy Army needs. Continuously engage and inform government decision makers of changes that positively or adversely impact Army requirements. Be experienced in implementing strategic goals and coordinating interactions between action officers of different organizations. Make recommendations to maintain and improve interoperability and communication between PdM TENCAP and the organizations/stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively complex experience in system acquisition or system development of DoD or IC Intelligence systems. Experience must include a minimum of five years of progressively complex experience in systems development or systems operational support with the organization assigned..

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science
