OBXtek is recruiting for a Project Manager to manage network services including engineering services, data processing and management, and data visualization and analytics for network infrastructure related systems.


Duties will include, but not be limited to, providing the following tasks to support for project control and monitoring activities:

  • Evaluate the project core system development activities for all HSEN Infrastructure projects including projects supporting HSEN Engineering, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Change management (Including SharePoint administration, reporting, and design).
  • Gather and present capability maturity model (CMM) documents to applicable Boards.
  • Configuration management.
  • Requirements management (including review, analysis and traceability).
  • Test management.
  • Quality management
  • Coordinate system and application testing activities.
  • Act in the capacity of a Scrum Master to lead project efforts
  • Knowledge management/technology expertise.
  • Program/Project Management artifact development.
  • Provide support for Audit Entrance and Exit Meetings


Current DHS public trust clearance desired

  • 5+ years managing a project team on a enterprise level network project
  • Posess understanding of Agile concepts
  • Experience with Department of Homeland Security networks desired
  • Experience in resolving issues and scheduling conflicts and solving complex problems

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • PMP certification desired but optional
  • Agile Scrum certification highly desired but optional
