Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently staffing for a Cybersecurity Program Manager, responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide program management oversight across the contract and all contract tasks.
  • Manage project schedules and deliverables, direct tasks, and oversee ISSO performance.
  • Prepare, monitor, and deliver weekly activity reports, strategic recommendations, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support transition planning concerning transitions of incumbent contractor to the successor contractor.
  • Establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure quality products are delivered on time 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge in the RMF and NIST publications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing project schedules and deliverables.
  • Ability to oversee ISSO performance and contractual deliverables 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • At least two of the following: CISSP, CISM, CGRC, CRISC, ISSMP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
