Responsibilities

OBXtek is recruiting for an experienced Deputy IT Services Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise IT contract supporting the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Directory Services Branch (DDSB). This position serves as the primary liaison between our team and the Government, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with all contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Act with full delegated authority when the Contract Manager is unavailable.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of operational status, staffing, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to maintain performance standards.
  • Assist with quality assurance, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support onboarding and training for new staff members.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Program Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience supporting or managing large-scale DoD or Federal IT programs.
  • Experience with Zero Trust, ICAM, Microsoft 365 IL5, and ITIL4 processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Security Clearance:  

  • Active Secret clearance: Top Secret preferred.
