Information Technology Technician - I

This Position is Subject to Contract Award.

OBXtek is currently seeking an Information Technology Technician - I  to provide tier IT and network support for range and INNG infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Administers Windows/Linux servers
• Supports cloud/physical/virtual networks and infrastructure monitoring
• Manages hypervisors
• Applies knowledge of network vulnerabilities and mitigation

Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year on computer systems and working with IT and networking
• Windows enterprise and Linux server OS engineering/administration with network vulnerability/attack-vector/mitigation knowledge
• Cloud/physical/virtual network architecture, engineering, infrastructure monitoring
• Expertise with hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Xen)
  

Certifications

• IAT I - A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CND, or CCNA-Security

Security Clearance

• Secret (active and current)
